DELIVERY

Our standard conditions apply to deliveries within contiguous 48 states (shipments to Alaska and Hawaii can also be arranged under certain restrictions please contact us by e-mail for details).  We are able to offer you exceptionally competitive prices in part because we do not maintain large storage facilities and are able to pass those savings directly to our customers.  Our furniture is shipped directly from the manufacturer to our facility where it is thoroughly inspected to ensure it meets our strict specifications.  We then ship your order to you. Our standard delivery term is 8-12 weeks from the date of your order. Be informed that if you pay by a credit card the charge will be made by 'ItalWest'

We maintain a showroom in the Downtown Los Angeles area and customers may choose to arrange their own delivery from that location. Please, contact us for further details

SHIPPING

Shipment fee is determined for every individual order made by phone based on several factors, such as size, weight, value, and destination (our deliveries are insured).  There is only $100 shipping charge for any order placed online.   

Customer is responsible for inspection of the delivered items for any sign of damage to packaging prior to opening.  If you notice any damage to your order, please inform us immediately either by phone or e-mail.  We will replace all damaged items at our expense. 

We offer 100% money-back satisfaction guarantee on our furniture. 

RETURN

If our customer is NOT satisfied with the purchase, it may be returned to us for a refund within 30 days of the delivery.  Customer is responsible for shipment of the order back to our facility in the original/new condition and packaging.  The refund will be issued (no questions asked) within 30 days.  Nominal 15% restocking fee of the order price will be retained (shipping cost is not refundable). 

Some of our furniture may require assembly.  Instructions are provided in such instances.  Our shipping/delivery conditions do not provide for the in-home furniture assembly.  If you need any assistance in bringing/assembling/setting up your order to/in the right place at your home, this service is offered by external party delivery carriers and can be arranged for an additional fee. 

Please place an additional information at the time of placing an order or call to ask our sales staff to assist you. 

CANCELLATION

A minimum of $50.00 will be retained towards transaction charges for all cancellations at any given time.

PRIVACY

Any personal information we collect from you is never shared with anyone. We do not sell/share/trade any of the information you provide to us except for the financial institutions processing your payment and shippers that deliver your order.
